Meet Your Instructor: Dr Amantha Imber

Hi, I’m Amantha. I’m an organisational psychologist, founder of Inventium, and someone who literally wrote The Energy Game because I’d run out of it myself.

For years, I thought I’d hacked productivity until I realised no amount of time blocking or focus hacks could fix running on empty. So I turned my own life into a lab experiment to figure out what actually boosts energy (and doesn’t involve kale smoothies or quitting your job to “find yourself”). I also found time to read over 1000 academic journal papers on what has been scientifically proven to work.

Everything inside this program has been tested by real humans (me included). If it didn’t work in real life, it didn’t make the cut.
